*Spoiler for those who are yet to read The Sin War*

I hate to make a thread title as such (those half-finished sentences) but couldn't think of any.

I just finished the third book and are still in excited mode. Do you think that Inarius will make a comeback? His banishment hints at every possibility for him to re-emerge as some kick-ass bad guy. Add to the fact that he is now a captive of the Burning Hell, it just seems so likely that he will be corrupted, involuntarily or not, and probably will play some vital role in this new hell invasion. Plus, he's got some unfinished business with the Sanctuary. Oh this is interesting. What say you?

It is whispered that there will indeed be a corrupted Angel and many fear it was going to be Tyrael. But recently peple stated hinting toward Ianrius to play the bad-ass role.

I think Tyrael will be the good guy. Saying that, Inarius could very well be the bad guy.

Tyrael has always been good, and will always be good!

And that's the end of that!

Any chance that she is still alive and... well we might have to fight her?

Well just to piss you off I hope it will be Tyrael gone bad. I would just be so much fun to see you freak out over this.

Hehe, in all honesty it wouldn't matter to me...

But stoy line wise, I just don't think it would give the character justice to make him evil, seeing that he did kind of save the world and everything with the whole world stone destruction and all...

Now why don't I believe that.. You are just bracing yourself for the truth. Whenever it will come out!

Yeah. Maybe Tyrael has a hidden agenda

Like... he is following you everywhere, giving you advice, telling who to bring down.

You kill Inarius and Lilith... and bang...

... in the end Tyrael come down to see you with his gut hanging out of his abdomen and half his jaw missing and tell you you did a great but messy job and that now he rule the legion of chaos and he was bad from the beginning and the prime evil won't be happy and stuffs and he send you out in a wormhole...

And then we will have to wait years before Blizzard tie the loose ends of the story in a subscription only sequel in World of Diablo.

But honestly, so much people expect Tyrael to turn bad it wouldn't be that much of a twist end. More like a "'told you so"  flame fuel.

I do not know what role Lilith played in the games, but as far as the books are concerned, she was imprisoned in the void by Inarius (naturally, she couldn't do **** to Inarius). She could make a comeback, but probably with a new story. Inarius on the other hand, was ended his role with, as I said, all possibilities to have a continuation. It's almost like his role in the books is merely the first part of his tale, and towards the end, Knaak put up a big sign reading "Behold! Inarius Part II is Coming!".
