A bulk of the interview is about how Anthony got the job and the sort of work he did before. He then talks about his specific work on Diablo 2 (which he also worked on before Diablo 3), specifically talking about his design of Mephisto.
Next Anthony worked on the Druid, for the Diablo 2 expansion pack. Next he mentions how the standards in Art design have changed from 2D to 3D work, and the difficulties of working with both.
Next they talk more about Diablo 3, and Anthony mentions that he worked a lot on the Witch Doctor armours. They then go on to reveal a new monster, called the Malformed, for which some Concept Art is provided.
It's a good interview, with a cool piece of concept art revealed, so it's worth checking out.
Enjoy

The new monster looks like quite a monstrocity btw. Sjeez he is creepy and looks like he packs a punch.
